I think it's very pretty. I love Rose names. I think the first time I heard it as a name was in the Tinkerbell movies as one of Tinkerbell's fairy friends and I picture someone like her: rosy, reddish hair, florals, southern accent and a bit sassy, very pretty.

The Rosetta stone, don't really like the name

I love this name because it's so historically grand but also it's got glib flapper energy. I picture a sort of screwball heroine, a dark haired woman who comes from wealth but loves spending time with "real people" because they have way more fun. An innocent sort of troublemaker, someone irreverent and sassy.

It's gorgeous! I imagine a witty, stylish, raven-haired beauty. As a language enthusiast, I love the Rosetta Stone association, too.

When I was younger, I named a teddy bear with a rose bouquet Rosetta; I thought it was such a pretty name. I still think that it’s gorgeous, but there’s high associations with Rosetta Stone. Nowadays, I prefer Rosanna for an elaborated “Rose name”.
