Maura is kind of kickass, Maureen more like she plays bridge and wears pearls in the afternoon.

I find Maura very dowdy and dwindling. Maureen has more grit and strength.

I love Maura and like Maureen. I also love Moira which in my accent sounds different to Maura. I have known people called Maureen and Moira but never Maura.

While I do like Mara, Mari, Amara I'm not a fan of Maura or Maureen

I don't like Maura at all.Maureen is one of my favorites, though, and I love it.

Maura's a beauty! Maureen's dowdy and steely, which is charming.

I love them both, but then I've always loved female "M" names. Maura, Maureen, Miriam, Margaret, Magda,, Miranda. I prefer Maura a bit, but both are lovely.

I love Maura, it's sullen and dark in a satisfying way. I appreciate Maureen in the way that I don't know if it gets much love, it's a bit awkward, like Noreen and Francine and Doreen.

Adore both Maura and Maureen. My 30-something niece is named Maureen and goes by the nn Mo, so I'm biased. But I truly love both. They both deserve to be used more.

I really love Maureen. It feels so warm to me, makes me picture red scarves and autumn days. I picture a Maureen being very friendly and approachable Maura is okay. It feels darker, sort of sullen and mysterious.
