I like both. I haven't met many Siennas, so that one seems less dated to me. I associate Sienna with Sierra, but Sierra seems much more common.
Serena is good but I'd see it as dated on a kid now compared to Serene, Seren (different etymology but similar vibe), or even Serenity.ETA: I didn't know there was a car, but it doesn't bother me. As a non-car person there are only a few names that have been so stolen by cars that I know about them (Mercedes, Bentley, and...I guess Lexus? idk, I still don't know that many cars) and Sienna is much more human than car (as opposed to Mercedes which is more car than human. I know that's not the case for Mercedes in other countries though).
