female names associated with wind or cloud
realize I almost never heard of such names, except for zephyrs Are there any English names with theses associated which are not considered weird or "out of place"would definitely be interesting IMO

Wendy has at least the same sound as Wind. So I guess in that regard there's Gwendolyn, Wendell, or anything with "Wendy" as a nickname or just Wendy itself. I know of someone (female) named Breeze. Gale or Gail could be used.

Alizée, Neilina, Ananiah, Wenxi
None of these are English but they don't seem too out of place in an English speaking country

Nephele! It's such a romantic name. Considering the popularity/familiarity of Daphne and Phoebe, I don't think people would be bewildered by it.
