Do they actually realise they are naming a real person and not a pet or cartoon character?!! Poor child! Rocky I don’t mind, it’s kind of cool, but the pairing is ridiculous and numbers as names are absurd.
Poor little fella! Sometimes I think parents just want to come off as being unique but they're really just creating problems for their child.
Rocky is too nicknamey and will stop sounding cool to other kids after elementary school. Even the character Rocky Balboa had the fullname Robert Balboa.
Thirteen sounds like the name given to an unfortunate child whose parents gave up trying to think of a name, so he grew up to write an angry song about his crummy upbringing. Either that or an extra member of the Addams Family.

When I first read the announcement, I genuinely thought it was a joke. Like, first thing I asked myself was, "There were thirteen Rocky movies?"
Nope, it's apparently real. Rocky can work (though the most famous bearers are a boxer who was really named Rocco, and... half of a moose-and-squirrel duo). Thirteen is... something.
Edit: totally forgot about the Rocky Horror Picture Show. So there's that Rocky to contend with, too.

Was he born on Halloween? Because it sounds like it.
I wouldn't be surprised if Rocky was halfway picked because of rock music. It's cheesy, but I prefer it to a bunch of names: Woody, Willie, Legend, Rocco, Star, Brock, Tanner, Stone, Monty, Bishop, Gunner, Chuck, Grady, Canyon, Ridge, Romeo, Roman, Ryder, Randy, Reign, Riley, Jaxxon, Mack, Stanley, Rockwell...I feel like it's about as dorky as Roland, Rudolph, Ralph, Rex, Chase, Roscoe, Sonny, or Brody, which don't seem so bad to me.
It's interesting that Rocky potentially connects to a patron saint of the sick; I wouldn't have guessed so, but I could like that about it.
Thirteen is a classic rock song. Rock and Roll is here to stay. I don't know if that's an intentional reference or not. It's also a Johnny Cash song...
Bad luck been blowing at my back
I pray you don't look at me, I pray I don't look back
I was born in the soul of misery
Never had me a name
They just gave me the number when I was young
But whatever. Since I am fond of Sevyn, Sixtine, and Octave, I feel like I can't judge Thirteen just for being a number. It's the spooky vibe that jumps out to me as being iffy or almost sarcastic.

Ugh, terrible
Rocky was the the name of our cat. Rocky is an animals name not a persons and can someone please explain the obsession with giving numbers as names?
I never understood numbers as names.
Sounds exactly like the type of name they would come up with.
What else is there to say, at this point?

So the pair of them are stupid as well as ugly.
Rocky is a dog's name at worst and a nn that should be earned at best.
Thirteen makes no sense. I don't think the Rocky Balboa series is even going to last that long.

Rocky? Horror!
I'm not a fan, but it's definitely something.
