It looks like a variation on Aislinn, probably pronounced like Ace-lin. I've met an American Aislinn pronounced that way so I assume that's where the Aislynn spelling came from. I think it's just people seeing Aislinn, not knowing the first syllable is like "ash" and sounding it out in English instead, and then changing Linn to Lynn because Lynn is a popular suffix.
