Caitrin
There was a character called Caitrin pronounced Catrin. As it was set in Scotland I imagine she was either named after Loch Katrine (same pronunciation) or a short form of Caitriona or Catriona. I was slightly annoyed at them mixing up their Irish and their Scots as the languages are similar but different. Either way though WDYT?Via Veritas Vita

Catrin seems OK; the Caitrin spelling is a needless complication for those if us who don't know Scots from Irish! I like Catrina and Catriona, and I pronounce them the same; I'd prefer to use Catriona.

It's ok

It's pretty good. I assumed it was a short form of Caitriona.
