Asian-American, I guess? I haven't ever met an Asian Vincent, Max, or Lily.
There aren't any names that seem particularly common for Asian-Americans, in my experience.
If I listed all the names of Asian-Americans I know, it'd be hard to tell it apart from a list of all the names of white Americans I know. Except maybe for the relative absence of creative spellings.
Many popular names seem slightly frequent on both white and Asian Americans.
I would guess that if you've known more than one Asian-American Vincent, Max, and Lily - it's probably just random, the same as if you happened to know more than one white American Vincent, Max, or Lily. And you just thought it was a pattern because people can't help recognizing what appear to be patterns, even when they wouldn't be meaningful or useful. And since of course white Americans use mainly English names, you wouldn't perceive frequency of those names on white Americans, as a remarkable pattern, you'd just be like - popular English names frequent on white kids, what else is new.

What do you mean by “Asian “? Asian is a huge category composed of cultures that have little to do with each other, they’re not all going to have the same names.I’m very confused as to how the names you mention are Asian, unless you mean Asian Americans which is a different thing than Asians and again, containing all sorts of different groups.
