WDYTO Conley?

I like "Con" names in general. Not a fan of Connor but I like Conor, Conri, Conrad, Conley, etc.
I suppose "ley" sounds feminine enough, I can see Conley working on a girl. I think it's better for a boy though.
For a boy, I think Conley is good with mostly very "first namey" middle names if that makes sense? To balance out the surnameyness of Conley.
Conley Everett
Conley Alexander
Conley William
Conley Elliott
Conley Micah
Conley Michael
Conley James
Conley Martin
Conley Adam
Conley Peter
And then for a girl, mostly 'short and sweet' middle names:
Conley Rose
Conley Jane
Conley June
Conley Hannah
Conley Joy
Conley Alice
Conley Mae

I think it's a nice name. I find surnames transferred to first names to be unisex.
I dislike it that sounds surname-y for me.
I know it as the surname to a very annoying and incompetent boss I had in the past. I admit my mind goes there first. I don't think it has a good sound regardless and for a girl it sounds too harsh.
I don't enjoy lnfns at the best of times, and Conley looks like Connolly after an amputation.
Don't like it
