Vesper
Today I had a customer at work whose name was Vesper. What do you think about this name? And do you consider it more a feminine or a masculine name? You can also share some combos with this name if you like.~*~*~*~kuin metsäorvokki laaksossa

I think that it sounds more feminine, but it could totally work on a guy! Vesper is a cool name, and I like Vesper Louisa for a girl and Vesper Nathan for a boy.

I like it in a slightly GP-ish way. It reminds me of the James Bond character Vesper Lynn.

Strangely enough I fell into this name recently myself. I'm using it in a story I'm writing. Her mother is Ursa so cool names are kind of a given. I hear it and immediately think female. Probably due to the Bond Girl association, though I've never read the books or seen any of the movies.

I like it, but I feel like it is too on the nose cool too. I think only a certain type of person can pull off the name, it's almost like they -have- to be effortlessly cool and languid or it won't work.
I like Vespera more, it's more lively.

I think it's beautiful. Whispery, deep green with hints of black, it is. Sounds unisex. It's unexpected, but not extraordinary, in our "Kymberleigh" and "Jaxxon" eras.

All I think about this name is the bike. More masculine and I don't like it as a name

I'm conflicted! It's all masculine to me, but as far as the meaning goes, I much prefer Eve.Not a related meaning or etymology, but I knew a Greek girl named Vasiliki who was always called Vessie. Which further complicates my strong sense that Vesper should be a male name, Vessie being the obvious nn.
