I prefer Richelle. Pronounced with a sh sound, not a tch. Maybe also pronounced more ree-SHEL rather than rish-EL.
I think I prefer it mainly because I've met too many Michelles I didn't like.

Richelle is unattractive and unsuccessful. A spelling error for Rachel, a jazz riff on Rochelle, a failed attempt to feminise Richard ... No. Just no.I prefer Michele with one L; I have two very good Michele friends, one English and one French.

Agree on Michele, it looks a lot more grounded than Michelle.

What do you mean grounded?

Much prefer Michelle, Richelle is very unattractive, I’d rather Rachelle or Rochelle.

Not a fan of Michelle but I think it's better than Richelle.
I don't like "Rich", and besides if you say Richelle out loud it just sounds like Rachelle. I would pick Rachelle over Michelle, but Michelle over Richelle.

I agree. Richelle looks awkward to me.
