Nothing wrong with it, though I prefer Eleanora, especially with the nickname Nora.

I really like Eleanor, it feels sleek and elegant, and Nora is one of my favorite names :D

I love Eleanor, and Nora is better than Nellie if one must have a nn.

I know one and she is 7. I love Eleanor. Don’t mind Nora but it works fine as a nickname.

Perfectly respectable.
Feels similar to Elizabeth nn Betty or Beth, but more currently fashionable.
Personally I'm not a big fan of Eleanor or Nora. I prefer Elanor, and I'd use nn Ellie.
