I like it. I also like both Rose and Elaine. Elaine happens to be my mother’s middle name.
Definitely long o like Rose. I would pronounce it just like saying Rose Elaine quickly, without a pause in the middle.
I definitely prefer Elaine over Ellen.
I love most Ros- names, established and some not so established, but not made up by me. I like Rosaire on a girl only. I like Rosetta which I first heard in Disney Fairies and Rosmerta which I first saw in Harry Potter. If Rosary wasn’t a word I would like it. Along the same lines as Roselaine, I think Rosealaina or Rosalaina is pretty.
