It's actually pretty despite being rare and whimsical. I'd pronounce it roz-LAYN. I prefer Elaine to Ellen, and I think it's quite underrated when compared to other El- names, such as Ellie, Elena or even Elisa.Rose- names are my cup of tea, and I have around 60 on my PNL, but if I had to create one, it would be Rosavera.
