Michelle is an old classic, not totally my style but I’m a bit fond of it because I know some very lovely Michelles, and Mish is a cute nickname. I’d never heard of Richelle actually! I think I might prefer Rachelle or Rochelle, but it’s not bad at all.

I’d really like Michelle if it wasn’t a mom name. Richelle is weird, but not terrible.
