Esther is lovely. To me it’s a beautiful, timeless name and the Biblical Esther was someone to be admired.
Hazel is great too. I do love botanical names.
Eleanor doesn’t really do it for me though. I find it a little bland and dull.

Esther and Eleanor are some of my fav names, but I orefer Eleonora.
(in order of my preference)
1. Esther - multicultural, has a long history of use related to the biblical character and seems relatively wholesome and capable in that way, fits in with current fashion of feminine/unisex *er names
2. Hazel - a currently popular antique English nature name; likable, soft, golden, a bit prickly or witchy, might seem dated in a few decades
3. Eleanor - stiff upper lip, somewhat timeless and associated with royalty, politics, literature, or other pop culture references like Eleanor Rigby, has some nice nicknames

I'd pick Esther. It's brisk and cheerful and no-nonsense. Hazel has kind of a pretty sound, gentle and calm, but feels a bit frumpy. Eleanor is just sour.
