I don't care for it, not only because of the stereotypes that surround it (80's mean girl/airhead/valley girl type) but the sound of it in general. Neither Tiff or the suffix sound appeals to me. I do think it's a better than Brittany, but that's about the only nice thing about it really. I have no idea what I would pair it with, but from your list, these work best in my opinion:
