I saw the name Savenia on a catfish episode, kind of pronounced Savina. It sounds very sleek, Sabina would probably be easier to use internationally though

It's very sexy and refreshing. I prefer Sabina, though.

I’m someone who loves the name Savannah, and this name reminds me of it! I think that Savina is a gorgeous name; very pretty, and not overly common.

I like that it has a softer sound than Sabina, but Sabina looks better on paper
