I prefer Lorelei.

Lorelei is one of the names I have liked since I was a kid, and I even thought of using it in the future, but now I think it's too much for a child to be bestowed with it.

This spelling doesn't appeal to me - only Lorelei and Loralei do, and it's worth mentioning I'm a huge fan of the variant Lurline... it sounds rural.

Hmm, personally I prefer the spelling Lorelei or even Loreley.
(I am curious as to how people would pronounce Loreley).
Additionally, this name gives me similar vibes as the name Melusine🧜🏻‍♀️: powerful, dangerous, epic even))
Unfortunately, I do not like any nicknames associated with Lorelai/Lorelei. And this prevents me from using it.

Don't like it, prefer Lorelei, laurel, Laura or Lauren

I prefer it spelled Lorelei, but understand why some choose the "Gilmore Girls spelling." I do like the name, though.
