It’s very musical and pretty, a name I found in my family tree. The Italian pronunciation stresses the third syllable (ro-za-LEE-ah) but I would be more inclined to stress the second (ro-ZAH-lee-ah), more similar to the pronunciation of Polish version Rozalia. However both are gorgeous!
