Tulip is good as a mn, but it feels just too much like a word name to be a fn. Daisy is the best flower themed name.

I dont like it, to last namey to be a middle name, and just dont like tulip.

I met a little girl named Tulip, she was very sweet and it made me like the name. It’s different, but it’s not terrible at all. It would make a stunning middle name, though it could work as a first as well. You might want to pair it with a more traditional name.

I think it’s very pretty! I’d definitely be surprised if I saw it in real life, but I think it could be pulled off. It sort of reminds me of Talulah / Tallulah.
I’d probably pair it with a more well established middle name, and avoid more nature names:

Two lips comes to mind

I enjoy Tulips. They happen to be one of my favorite flowers, if not my #1. However, I don't think it works as a name at all. There's a reason why it isn't commonly used.
A classic, more standard name would be best with it such as Jane, help balance out the weird.

I don't really think Tulip works very well as a name. It has the air of a rather gooey term of endearment in a British children's book, like Poppet or Petal or Button.
