Been on this board since 2006 and never saw anything like this one.
I think you've got too many very different themes going on here for anyone except you and your ... mistress ... to pick a name that fits them all. Nothing I can think of would be anything other than a silly pun or joke, so I'm just going to bow out.
Before you criticize a man, walk a mile in his shoes. That way, when you criticize him, you're a mile away and you have his shoes!
