I agree with RoxStar here, it would depend on the context.
If I was picking a spoiled rich girl name for a teen movie or book based in the present, I'd choose Ruby, Emily or Olivia.
If I was picking a spoiled rich girl name for a teen movie or book based in the early 00's, I would choose Jessica, Sarah or Elizabeth.
If I was picking a spoiled rich girl name for a teen movie or book based in the early 80's, I would choose Jennifer, Christine or Helen.
If I was picking a spoiled rich girl name for a teen movie or book based in the present, I'd choose Ruby, Emily or Olivia.

If she was a teenager today I'd name her Willow or Chloe or Tatum.
In the early 2000s she'd be Madison or Abigail.
