Two literary and artistic figures in the early 20th century were named, respectively, Percy Wyndham Lewis and Dominic Wyndham Lewis. They were very different, and not related. Wyndham could be a minor character in a 1920s-1930s detective novel; someone who'd been at school with Albert Campion or in the Army with Lord Peter Wimsey.
Warren is acceptable; I'd rather not use Tully, though maybe Tullius is equally awkward.
