Too surnamey for my taste.

My subconscious wants to make it Hayworth, like Rita Hayworth or like Wentworth, I guess. And I think Elwood / Sherwood sound preferable or more familiar, as *wood names go. Maybe people who would like Hayden (I don't) would like it.

It sounds intentionally folksy, like I feel it's old-fashioned plus that there's an inevitable farm/barn/hay association.

Interesting. I would be vaguely intrigued to come in contact with one but it would leave my head as soon as it entered it when I walked away tbh.

I guess it's OK. But I also think of Haywood U. Cuddleme.
