Both are beautiful, but I’d go with Lavender.

Lilac has never appealed to me as a name, except maybe on a pet. But even then I'm still not a huge fan.Lavender, on the other hand, is a name I quite like. It's full of special meaning and sentiment to me, since it's a subtle honor name for a beloved family member, who's favorite scent (and color) is lavender. 😊

Lavender. Lilac has an unpleasant sound: ly-LAK.

I adore both, almost equally. But today I'm liking Lavender just that bit more.

Lilac, it’s more namey imo and has more opportunities for nice nicknames.

Something about the AC in Lilac doesn't appeal to me, so Lavender.

Lilac, I guess. Lavender doesn’t seem very name-y to me.
