Hi!Phocas in Italian is Foca.
Foca is the Italian word for "seal (animal)". So this is the problem: the name itself is so Ancient, Byzantine and old but the nature-themed meaning so immediate makes it very modern such as Oceano (m), Falco (m), Futura (f), Luce (f) ...
