Paisley
What do you think of the name Paisley???

Have never understood the appeal of naming a child after a fabric pattern that looks like little sperms
It's not horrible but it's kind of silly. And at this point, it's like a mass-produced purse that was first seen on some influencer or other and people started buying it and at first it was unusual because there weren't that many available and you couldn't just get one at the local Wal-Mart, but now everyone has two or three colors/patterns of the same overpriced, made-in-China bag and they're starting to be a cliche. Another couple years and only dorks will still carry them around and you won't be able to get a dollar for yours selling it at a garage sale.
Reminded of those mass produced Coach purses.
I had one ...
Gave it to a sisster-in-law and I don't know if she still has it.

Parsley
Don't like it
I found a reference once to a South African woman who must be in her 80s by now: her given names are Robyn Paisley, which I find surprising. I like the sound of Paisley and I love the textile pattern, but it's also a not very distinguished town in Scotland. So, like that long-ago Robyn's parents, if I used Paisley at all it would be as a mn.
