Will or Liam?
I choose Will.

Will. William is a family name, going back generations, and Liam is just bland and flabby, like a 45-year-old former rugby player who still hangs round at club practices, hoping someone will remember him; but they never do.
I'd go with Will, but I think only because it doubles as a word name. They're both common, and I don't really enjoy the sound of Will more than Liam, and one doesn't sound friendlier or more distinguished to me than the other.

I would probably pick Will, it’s more refreshing after hearing so many Liam’s these days. However, I do think that both are great nn options.
My name is William, but most people call me Will (and have for most of my life); maybe I'm biased, but I would still choose Will. I think Will is such an awesome name, and wouldn't mind if my full name was actually Will (but, William is also cool). In my age group (at least), most people called William go by Will, so Liam would be less common. However, I know more people called Liam than Will who are younger than me.
Probably Will; maybe even Bill; definitely not Liam. Not in this life; not on this planet.
