I like it a lot for a boy (Lindsay more than Lindsey) and not at all for a girl. But in the U.S., it has been SO overused as a girls' name that there would likely be confusion and teasing, which is terribly unfortunate. Could work well as a mn, or maybe give it 10 years and it will have died down a little more as a girls' name. :b
