Re: Thoughts on the name Love for a girl?

I guess I shouldn't be surprised because I saw Amoura on the previous list (I didn't check but assume it's still charting). Mainly this gives me hope for the usability of Loveday; I like that better or another sappy verby word name like Reason, Hope, Prosper, Dream, Cherish...
It does sound relatively young/fresh/fashionable to me when I think of it in combos, and I like it a lot more than Princess or Precious. But it's not a name I'd use. Maybe it sounds too Hollywood to me, kind of like Star does, even though I like Star in theory. I feel like people who'd use Star, Dove, Scarlett, Serenity, Dream, Halo (this doesn't have a page on BtN yet but is charting in the 700s), Amoura, Birdie, Sevyn, Venus, Blossom, Princess, Lennon might be open to using Love.
