Milena. Sounds more modern and exciting. Marlena sounds dusty.

I don’t like either but would pick Marlena over Milena. Mile a reminds me too much of Milly which then leads me to Millicent which I dislike. Strangely though I do like Melisande.

Marlena simply because it is the more attractive option to me.

I prefer Milena with the nickname Mila.

I like Marlena because of the “mar” sound.

I prefer Marlena. I'm more familiar with Marlene, but the pronunciation is the same, and I prefer Layna to Leena.
