I don’t like it. I can’t seem to think of anything but the Hunger Games character or the spice. Clover is okay. It’s not a name I’d give my child but it’s not terrible.

It seems deliberately eccentric and characterish, and so depending on the story, it could be good or bad for a character.
But IRL I wouldn't hate it. It seems to me like a nickname for Clovis (masculine). Reminds me of Cleve, a little.
I think Clover seems more simperingly pastoral, than it seems charmingly rustic.
I might be intrigued by Clova.

Inappropriate. I'd expect her to have siblings, gender irrelevant, named Cayenne and Cinnamon.

Clove just doesn’t do it for me, but I adore Clover.

Don't like Clove or Clover

I prefer Clover too, Clove makes me think of garlic cloves.
