Depends if you want to go off pattern. Every name ever credited to an angel has the element el in it: Samael, Gabriel, Michael Uriel, Zaskiel, etc. But perhaps a nephilim should break the pattern, if it were me - and the other parent is human - would just select the most popular name of the era he was born. Its a bit more interesting to call him Jason, for instance, than give him a name designed for a bad guy.
