Carmilla
I'm newly charmed by Carmilla, the iconic lesbian vampire from Sheridan Le Fanu's Carmilla (1872). I like that it evokes both the Italian Carmella (my grandmother's name) and the patrician Camilla. What do you think?

It's so pretty, I like it more than Camilla which kind of reminds me of the current Queen consort of the UK and also Camila Cabello, not that those associations are bad. Carmella is a really pretty name though.
Carmilla Prudence is probably my favorite combo

This has a lot of charm to it. I like it.
I really like Carmella, and I think Camilla is nice too, but Carmilla is not as nice as either of them. It's tryig to do too much and not succeeding very well and ends up just looking like a typo.
Wow, I’ve never heard of Sheridan Le Fanu's “Carmilla” (1872)! Interesting that there’s a lesbian character in an older writing; I love that!
Anyways, I think this name is an interesting one. While it wouldn’t be my first naming choice, I do like it; the sound is unique. I’m not a fan of the name Carmella, since it reminds me of caramel; Carmilla is a wonderful alternative. It sounds like Carmella and Camilla together, and I love that; they complement each other.
ETA: I love the combos Carmilla Dorothy, Carmilla Juliet, and Carmilla Enid!

I really like it, and I hope it gets added to the main database. It's enchanting! I also have Mircalla on my PNL, which is an anagram of Carmilla that can be found in Le Fanu's novel.
