I think of tin milagros (like talismans, ornaments, charms). I've never liked the sound of the word. Other than that, it seems the same as Miracle...but the only reason I'd like that as a name is because it can shorten to Mira (so then maybe she'd be Mila), although it can be interesting as the 2nd name in a double fn.

I don't like it, it's too plain. I prefer Milagrosa.

I love the meaning but I don’t like how it sounds. The English pronunciation is even worse. I also don’t like the nickname Mili.
