Gloria has so much vintage spunk! I love her, she gives me the same vibe as Marilyn or Judith. Gloria Myrtle, Gloria Anouk, Gloria Vivienne, Gloria Nell, Gloria Mathilde.

Just saw very odd movie where Anne Hathaway played a character called Gloria, it made me sit up and notice since its so rare these days. Don't know any actual Glorias, have no objections to the name. Maybe Gloria Meredith, Gloria Siobhan, or Gloria Mathilde.

Oh, I love seeing other people thinking about Gloria! One of my favorite names! She's a bit old-fashioned but she doesn't feel old, if that makes sense. Gloria Opal is my current combo :)

There was a song, something like "Gloria, I think they've got your number, I think they've got the alias that yu've been going under". Not a bad tune. The name however is not appealing. The same 'or' sound that features in Maud and Claude. And it would be sad if, like most names most times, it belonged to a quiet, ordinary, beige person. I'd bring it down to earth with a vintage mn: Gloria Susan, Gloria Shirley, Gloria Joan.

It reminds me of the hippo from Madagascar. If I were to hear it on someone, it would conjure images of an old overbearing woman who is very loud. I’d probably pair it with something like Gloria Blanche or Gloria Margaret.

I like it. I think I'd pair it with something sprightly, fun, even a little wacky like...Gloria Lucy
Gloria Gwen, Gloria Gwendolyn
Gloria Marcy
Gloria Mimi
Gloria Phoebe
Gloria Maxine
Gloria Francine!
