Justice vs Justus

I like virtue names quite well, generally, so I do like Justice, but there's a certain gravity to Justus I really like. I'd be very delighted seeing it out in the wild.
Justice, as in Mr Justice Bloggs, is a title (for a judge) as well as an abstraction, so I really don't like the idea of using it as a name. Rather like calling someone Prince or Duke: pretentious and silly.
I know someone who is married to a Justus; I've never met him, we live over a thousand miles apart, but it makes me familiar with the name. I wouldn't use it myself because there are so many names that I like better, but I find it quite acceptable.

German pronunciation reminds me of Eustace.
I favor -us names and classical names, so Justus.
It is a word name, so I think it should be spelled properly.
They are both correctly spelled!
