I'd love to have an opinion on it, but honestly, it's so unfamiliar and the sounds in it are just too foreign to me - I have no associations, and no emotional calculus happens to arrive at any opinion about it. Instead of like/dislike I would just say it is interesting. It's pronounceable enough to me, that I might enjoy saying it if I met one. It's fun that it starts with the sound of English "chief."I listened to the song, which I found when I searched on the name.

I posted about it because I was listening to the song. :)The band is Zambian. I'd guess it's not being used as a name in the song? I can't tell. But I recognized it as a name from somewhere...I just looked it up, and it's Madonna's oldest adopted daughter's name (she's from Malawi), although it looks like Madonna calls her Mercy instead. Most of the (unisex, not super uncommon seeming) uses I see on Facebook seem to be from Malawi. I did see at least one in the US! And it pops up as a surname in Panama.
