Micaela

Not a fan at all, but I loath all forms of the name at this point. Micaela looks misspelled to me. Michaela is the only spelling I can tolerate for some reason. All others look wrong.
I know someone who named their kid this and I feel like they were at least 10 years too late in naming their kid Micaela.

I wouldn't pronounce it like Mikayla. It's Mee-ka-EH-la, 4 syllables, like Rafaela. There was a Michaela or Micaela (not sure which sp) at my high school and her name was four syllables. It's more like Mikhaila, than like McKayla - more of an "eye" sound than a long "A" sound.
I don't even really think of Mikayla, Makayla, McKayla being exactly the same name as Micaela / Michaela, because I would say them differently. I like the 4 syllable versions much more than the 3 syllable versions.

It doesn’t feel as authentic of a name as the Michaela spelling.
I prefer Michele; of your options, I prefer Michaela.
I wanted to say this but didn’t know how—it just looks incomplete.
I like the sound of it but not really the spelling. I don't like the spelling Michaela either. My own daughte'rs middle name is Makayla. It never occurred to me at the time, but if I was naming her today I think I slightly prefer the spelling Mikayla.
I like Micaila. Joking! Michaela is the best.
Micaela is ok.
It's ok, I prefer Makayla
