Suzanna, since I like Suzy and Suze and Sukie and Zsa Zsa way more than Sam or Sami/Sammy. I'd prefer Suzanne or Susannah, but Suzanna works in a pinch.

Suzanna looks dyslexic, but it's preferable to synthetic Samantha. Suzanne is fine; so is Susannah. No need to combine them.

Suzanna - though I'd much rather spell it Susanna(h). Samantha feels synthetic and abrupt.

Suzanna (but preferably Susanna)
