I think that it’s a beautiful name! I’ve always liked it, and pronounced it “Lorr-uh”. Though, I’ll rank Laura among the other names you listed. Laurie is my favorite, and I’d consider it for a child. Other than that, I really love the name Lorinda, which isn’t listed here.
