Tulsi reminds me of Tesni, which I kind of like, especially for the meaning. :0)

I think of tulsi tea. It sounds kind of hippie/New Age, like Bodhi or Zen.
Not that attractive to me.

I'm totally unfamiliar with it, and guessed that it rhymed with Dulcie! Either way, I don't like the look or the sound of it.

Don't like it

It’s on my pnl and has been for awhile. It’s quirky, but has a pleasant sound and is an interesting alternative for Chelsea or similar sounding names. I’m aware there’s a politician with the name but that association is negligible where I am. I wouldn’t use it irl but I would like to see it used.
