Fritz and Christian would be fine. "On the fritz" isn't bothersome
Willie and Willy are names but they are kind of unusual these days. Will is much more common.
Bent/Bente would be confusing but ultimately OK. Bente probably better than Bent
Lion would seem silly
I've known a couple Arians and it takes a minute to realize it's an OK name
