Beau is a strange name to me. It's not bad, it has a nice meaning, but it just doesn't seem like a name to me. It feels like an affectionate term at best, not really something you'd call your child.

Beauden looks clunky, sounds fine but is way too modern for my taste, wouldn't use it.
Beauregard is weird, I can't hear it without thinking of Violet Beauregarde from Willy Wonka which kind of turns me away from it.
