It's a medieval Occitan form of Magdalena. I like this spelling best, it looks like a combination of Magdalena and Madelaine.

Magdalaine isn’t bad honestly. It’s a mixture without being too awkwardly mixy like Elizabella or something. It kinda makes up its mind.
I think I like Magdalene best, but they’re all good in one way or another.
