Almira catches my attention. The best way I could descibe the vibe I get is she feels like the Wicked Witch of the East to Wicked Witch of the West's Elvira. A bit more colorful, slightly less evil but still troubled and stylish. Almira is Nessarose and Elvira is Elphaba.

Edgar, Florence and Kitty are unexpected: I'd imagine them to be well over 40.
