How about Rysia (pronounced RI-sha)? It is the pet form of the feminine of the Polish form of Richard. I have a Polish-born friend called Rysia. It soon loses its strangeness, with familiarity, and could work, at least in middle name spot.

That's the best option I've seen out of all of these, it's really pretty. :)

The next best thing for me would be Rika, or maybe Dido, but it's not very close.
