I wasn't even thinking of it as being pronounced like Eva. I thought it was like someone trying to say ever, but like gangsta (eh-vuh). Why ruin a beautiful name like that?

I understand wanting to be creative, but Eevah just looks incredibly illiterate, and will saddle the kid with a lifetime of unnecessary grief. The phonetic spelling of the name is a real eye sore.

Y'know what I don't hate it, probably cause I've always disliked Eva. It ensures you pronounce it right at least.

LOL funny!

That is awful and will cause so much annoyance over the years! Eva is so beautiful, it doesn’t need to be changed. I know a little Eeva and find that so annoying too. She has a twin brother named Ezra, so they wanted the same amount of letters.

The Pokémon called Eevee comes to mind. Eva or Evah would’ve been better.

Wow, but Eva is lovely

I love Eva so much, top choice, always. Eevah feels like blasphemy or even sinful. I am shook-ish

Too kre8tiv. If you like Eva that much just use the name and don't try to make it unique. Spelling it Eevah is only going to cause problems.ETA: If it was an attractive spelling I might understand but Eevah doesn't even look good.
