I'm thrilled you posted this one. The Juliana vs. Liliana debate has been one have still have. (We are at 22 weeks. Going to have a girl.) I like the versitility of Liliana ("Lili" or "Lia" of "Jana" as potential nicknames. It is easy to say for a sibling (we have 3 year old.) However, Juliana is less popular and, to me, seems more classical. Ultimately, we decided not go with either name. However, my husband still likes Lilia (pronounced "Lee-leea") because is unsual and "Lia" as a nn is not as frilly. Good luck and hope that helped.
